Welcome to GreenWave Graphics. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products and services from GREEN WAVE GRAPHICS, based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
By using our website, requesting a quotation, approving an order, or purchasing products or services from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About GreenWave Graphics
GREEN WAVE GRAPHICS provides printing, signage, graphic design, and related services to businesses and individual customers within the United Arab Emirates.
Our website is primarily intended to provide information about our products and services and to allow customers to contact our sales team. Orders and payments are not processed directly through the website.
For enquiries, quotations, and orders, customers may contact our sales team through the contact methods provided on our website, including WhatsApp.
2. Quotations and Orders
All quotations provided by GreenWave Graphics are based on the specifications, quantities, materials, dimensions, designs, finishing requirements, delivery requirements, and other information available at the time the quotation is prepared.
A quotation does not constitute acceptance of an order until the order has been confirmed by GreenWave Graphics.
Prices may change if the customer changes the specifications, quantity, materials, design, finishing, delivery requirements, installation requirements, or other aspects of an order.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, quotations are subject to availability of materials and production capacity.
3. Customer Approval
For customised printing, signage, graphics, or design work, customers may be provided with artwork, proofs, mock-ups, dimensions, specifications, or other materials for approval before production.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all information before providing approval, including:
- spelling, grammar, wording, telephone numbers and contact details;
- colours and design elements;
- dimensions and quantities;
- logos, images and graphics;
- positioning and layout; and
- other specifications relevant to the order.
Once a customer approves the final artwork or specifications, GreenWave Graphics may proceed with production.
GreenWave Graphics will not be responsible for errors contained in artwork, text, dimensions, specifications, or other information that has been reviewed and approved by the customer.
Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and delays.
4. Colours and Production Variations
Customers acknowledge that colours displayed on phones, computers, tablets, and other digital screens may differ from colours produced through physical printing.
Reasonable variations may also occur between different printing methods, materials, batches, finishes, lighting conditions, and production processes.
Minor variations in colour, dimensions, positioning, cutting, finishing, material appearance, or other production characteristics that are normal within the relevant printing or manufacturing process will not normally be considered defects.
Where exact colour matching is important, customers should inform GreenWave Graphics before approving production so that appropriate options can be discussed.
5. Payment
Payment terms will be communicated to the customer when an order or quotation is confirmed.
GreenWave Graphics may require full or partial payment before commencing design, purchasing materials, production, delivery, or installation.
Where payment is outstanding, GreenWave Graphics reserves the right to suspend production, delivery, installation, or other services until the required payment has been received.
Ownership of completed custom designs created specifically for the customer will transfer to the customer once full payment for the relevant design and order has been received, subject to any third-party intellectual-property rights incorporated into the design.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Due to the customised nature of our products and services, confirmed orders are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable once production, design work, material procurement, or other work relating to the order has commenced, except where otherwise required by applicable UAE law.
Customers should therefore carefully review quotations, specifications, dimensions, quantities, artwork, and other order details before confirming an order.
If GreenWave Graphics agrees, at its discretion, to accept a cancellation before production has commenced, any design work, administrative costs, purchased materials, third-party costs, or other expenses already incurred may be deducted from any amount eligible to be returned.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable UAE consumer-protection laws.
7. Faulty or Incorrect Products
GreenWave Graphics takes reasonable care to ensure that products are manufactured according to the approved specifications.
If an item is genuinely defective, damaged due to our production process, incorrectly printed, or incorrectly manufactured compared with the customer’s approved specifications, the customer should notify us as soon as reasonably possible and provide photographs or other evidence where requested.
Where GreenWave Graphics confirms that the problem resulted from our production or manufacturing error, we will, where reasonably practicable, reproduce or correct the affected item at no additional charge.
Our obligation to reproduce or correct an item does not apply to:
- errors contained in artwork or specifications approved by the customer;
- damage caused after delivery by misuse, improper storage, handling, installation, weather exposure, or third parties;
- normal wear and tear;
- reasonable colour or material variations;
- problems resulting from inaccurate measurements or information supplied or approved by the customer; or
- alterations made to the product by the customer or another party after delivery.
Any statutory rights available under applicable UAE law remain unaffected.
8. Delivery
GreenWave Graphics currently provides delivery within the United Arab Emirates.
Any delivery or completion date provided to a customer is an estimate only and is not guaranteed, unless GreenWave Graphics expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Production or delivery may be affected by circumstances including material availability, supplier delays, production requirements, customer approval delays, transportation issues, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
GreenWave Graphics will make reasonable efforts to complete and deliver orders within the estimated timeframe but will not be responsible for reasonable delays outside our control, subject to applicable law.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that someone is available to receive the order where necessary.
9. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers should inspect products as soon as reasonably possible after receiving them.
If an order appears damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved specifications, customers should contact GreenWave Graphics promptly with details of the issue.
We may request photographs, videos, measurements, or the return of the affected item so that we can investigate the issue before determining the appropriate remedy.
10. Graphic Design and Intellectual Property
GreenWave Graphics may create custom artwork, layouts, graphics, or designs for customers as part of an order.
Once the customer has made full payment for the relevant design work, the customer will own the final custom design created specifically for that customer, subject to any third-party intellectual-property rights, licensed fonts, stock images, software assets, or other licensed materials incorporated into the work.
Unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing, preliminary concepts, rejected designs, working files, templates, production methods, internal resources, and other materials not forming part of the final paid design remain the property of GreenWave Graphics.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any logos, trademarks, photographs, text, designs, or other materials they provide or instruct us to reproduce may lawfully be used for the requested purpose.
GreenWave Graphics reserves the right to refuse work that we reasonably believe infringes intellectual-property rights or applicable law.
11. Website Content
We aim to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date. However, product descriptions, photographs, specifications, availability, examples, and other website content are provided for general informational purposes and may change without notice.
Images displayed on the website may be illustrative. Actual products may vary depending on materials, dimensions, finishing, printing methods, customer requirements, and other production factors.
Website information does not constitute a binding quotation or offer unless expressly confirmed by GreenWave Graphics.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may contain links or integrations relating to third-party services, including communication platforms such as WhatsApp.
GreenWave Graphics does not control third-party websites, platforms, or services and is not responsible for their availability, content, privacy practices, security, or separate terms and conditions.
Customers who use third-party services are also subject to the applicable provider’s terms and policies.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UAE law, GreenWave Graphics will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products and services, including loss of profits, business opportunities, revenue, or data.
Where GreenWave Graphics is legally liable in relation to a particular order, our liability will, to the maximum extent permitted by law, be limited to the value of the affected products or services or the appropriate repair, correction, or reproduction of the affected item.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable UAE law.
14. Force Majeure
GreenWave Graphics will not be responsible for failure or delay in performing its obligations where the failure or delay results from circumstances reasonably outside our control.
Such circumstances may include natural disasters, extreme weather, fire, flood, government restrictions, transportation disruption, supply-chain disruption, material shortages, telecommunications failures, power failures, labour disruption, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to minimise the impact of such circumstances on affected orders.
15. Privacy
Personal information submitted through our website or provided during enquiries and orders will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UAE data-protection requirements.

16. Prohibited Use
